Help build the Forest Lake Area Trail System by running the FLATS Uncle Sam 5k (map) or walking the 1.2 mile course (map)!
Registration is live at Active.com and paper entry forms are available at ATSU’s Thompson Campus Center (210 S. Osteopathy, Kirksville, MO 63501).
Event details and schedule
Race and walk start at 9:00 am on Friday, July 3rd at the DuKum Inn (111 S. Elson). Packet pick-up will be held at Dukum Inn DRIVE BY! Noon-6pm Thursday July 2nd. Drive by Dukum Inn to pick up your packet.
All 1.2 mile walkers will start at 9:00am, separately from the 5K runners Please keep at least six feet apart from other walkers at the start and during the walk
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Results will be posted at the-pack.org and on the Forest Lake Area Trail System Facebook page.

Everyone is required to follow CDC and Show Me Strong Recovery Plan Guidelines
Top 5K male & female receive a trophy
NO POST RACE AWARDS
Age Groups (5K only): 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
Post-race complimentary refreshments (if possible)

Entry Fee
$25 (maximum 150 entrants for live event to allow for social distancing) Runners who are not present for their assigned start time will not be allowed to run
